it's not an exact retelling of the lore (lucious fox's role and alfred getting the money among other things) but it was a very good adaptation. nolan did an amazing job with the story and the producers did right by casting people that could pull it off. mt favorite actors were goldman and murphy. man, when crane came on screen as dr. crane your skin crawled. it was all in his eyes. you could see it. that's good acting.
did the last 10 minutes just rock your world? i think that's more for the fans though. and gordon's line about more crazies is right out of the current comic books. they're diving into that right now.
