As much as I loved Tim Burton's film, this one, for me, tops it. I think because most of the first part was like a drama, rather than an action flick. It was beautiful and it flew by for me.

There isn't anything about it that I didn't like. The look, the sound, the acting. And you're right--Christian Bale made the part.

I can't stop raving about this.

Also, I didn't get a Serenity trailer, either. *pout*
