nostalgia

i have an overwhelming urge to go home and watch home movies. when i was, like, 12 my mom rented a video camera and my best friend and i "borrowed" it when she went out one afternoon. we set it up on the arm of the couch and proceeded to make fools of ourselves. much like Veronica and Lilly in my icon. i may have to dig that out when i get home. i'm missing her a lot for some reason. i really miss the comfort of having her right across the street.

i think while i'm searching for that, i'll try to find my video from PBP 2002 too. i wish i'd filmed more bronzers instead of the actors/directors/writers. i hardly even care about them anymore.

nostalgia. it's like a boomerang.

Hey! Is the video from PBP02 sharable? I have about 10 minutes of video of [livejournal.com profile] toscem drunk and silly, then her crashing into the camera, then the floor, then nothing. ;)

it's on a little 8MM tape. so i don't know any way of sharing it. i don't even know how i'm going to watch it. i need to find my sister's camera or something to play it in.

i don't even really remember what was on it. i know i filmed andy performing a little bit.

You should be able to plug the camera into any VCR and transfer it to VHS. Let me know if you need help as to how, but if I can fugure it out, anyone can! LOL

Cue the eeiry Twillight Zone theme! I just finished watching a bunch of my old home movies. Mostly of the kiddies, but I happened upon a tape with me & my friend making a fool of ourselves (aka attempting some bad 80's karaoke).

What's worse is that I even was still at the cheezy karaoke when I was uni... (yeah I found that tape as well).
