i said earlier today that i hoped the VM premiere wouldn't pop up online today because it's already such a busy tv night. then i come online and see everyone and their brother talking about it and know that all other tv shows don't compare and i'm totally going to watch it.

the credits are going to take some getting used to, but i think i'm really going to like them. plus? Francis and Muhney and Tina are in there!!!! wheeeee!!!!

this definitely reminded me of season one. the helping a classmate, the over-arcing mystery and little mini storylines all rolled into one. it looks awfully pretty too and that's on crappy streaming video. can't wait to see what it looks like on my tv screen.

Logan/Veronica? something feels off and i'm not sure what it is. Logan's all in, but V seems to be holding back. that crack about mocking girls who tried to carry high school relationships to college, not answering Piz when he asked if that was her boyfriend. i don't know.

speaking of Piz, didn't hate him. really like his rapport with Wallace and he and V definitely had chemistry. not saying i see romantic chemistry, but there's definitely potential there for a good friendship.

Dick's comment to Mac made me want to punch him, but when he broke down in front of Logan i wanted to smoosh him.

this is going to be a good ride.

now to go read everyone else's thoughts!

Yes. This disappointed me. they didn't really seem happy. I feel like we're already watching the beginning of the end for them. The two of them have such a great chemistry but I didn't see that here. I know the whole summer's gone by, but there should have somehow been more depth or something.

yup i watched it. enjoyed. totally LOVE the Logan. ;) Dick at the end was nice but i dont think he has really changed. of course we will see. i think i am going to ship Mac and Piz *g* was kinda confused at the end with Kendall though. no big. at least the main players are there. and didnt V solve a case with the frat boys before? didnt it involved hair? well anyway...it was a good start.

That... bothered me. It was the really odd look on her face. So, yeah I can see that as some sort of foreshadowing.

And I think I'm one of the very few people who totally loved the opening credits! :)

Yeah, Veronica's hesitation gave me worries, too. Logan's more mopey than usual--he usually puts that off with sharper snark. Piz is likable--I HATE his nickname, though. I think he's cute and lord knows Wallace needs male friends. I do think he and Veronica have chemistry but not romantic.

I adore Mac with all my heart.

I wished I could have been the one to kick Dick in the balls.

All in all, it looked VERY pretty. I hope Keith's going to be ok.
