boredom and appreciation

i am so bored this afternoon. don't really know why since i have things i could be reading elsewhere, but i just don't want to.

i get so discouraged seeing just how many posts behind i am at b.org. the only threads i can keep up with are Minearverse and OMGWTFPOLARBEARS! Natter and Bitches is impossible to stay caught up with unless you never leave your computer. i hate feeling like i'm missing things people are saying. it's why i'm so pro-scrolling at the fuselage and beta back in the day.

speaking of the fuselage, today is my appreciation day. how neat! it's a lot like beta's yay day except people can give reasons why they appreciate you. then that person gets to choose the next person for appreciation day. my quandary becomes...who do i choose? decisions, decisions....

eh. that's all i've got right now. maybe i'll do a real update later. feel free to spam me.

i am finally on my own computer in my own room. the problem? the port in the router was bad. so easy. *sigh* it's all a learning experience.

tomorrow i will attempt to install the dvd burner. again. got some helpful hints from the tech at work. *crosses fingers*
