hey_lena got this one. it's Cordelia with Xander as a very close second! why? because she was a bitch and made no apologies for it. until Joss brought her over to Angel and lobotomized her, that is. ;)
2. Veronica Mars -hey_lena got this one. it's Veronica. why? i love that she always has a witty retort and never passes up an opportunity to let those in power know that they are the equivalent of barney fife. oh and did i mention she's snarky? *g*
3. Angel: the Series -barbaragrafham got this one. it's Lindsey. why? because if i handwave the finale and pretend it never happened, he was one of those characters that was eternally gray. i like my characters with angst, please!
4. Farscape -hey_lena got this one. it's John. why? because he can be snarky, goofy, serious, sexy, crazy, sad and downright hilarious without it seeming at all out of character. he's the whole package, baybee!
5. My So-Called Life -hey_lena got this one. it's Angela. why? because when this show was on the air i identified more with her than i ever thought i could with a fictional character.
6. Dawson's Creek -hey_lena got this one. it's Pacey. why? hello! it's Pacey. who doesn't love Pacey?
7. Lost -onecoldcanadian got this one. it's Sawyer. why? he's the bad boy everyone loves to hate. except me! i love him. if i were deserted on an island with that group of people, he'd totally be who i gravitated towards. plus? HAWT!
8. House -onecoldcanadian got his one. it's House. why? i just can't resist that asshole charm, i suppose. i love that he always says what he's thinking and doesn't take any crap.
9. Wonderfalls -drunkprinecssz got this one. it's Jaye. why? it's all about the snark.
10. Felicity -hey_lena got this final one. ;) it's Noel. why? because i hated Ben and the way he treated Felicity. Noel was the epitome of the nice guy finishing last. i wanted to bring him home and nurture him. *sniff*

I guessed Noel because I always loved him best for the reasons you gave :)
I also really loved that girl in the first season who used to go out with Ben and then she left and I was all upset because I thought she was the most interesting character on the show.. I can't for the life of me recall her name but I want to say she was played by Amy jo Johnson?
