cindywrites (and DH), denisef and paksenarrion2? how's the VM watching coming along? what ep are you on? in love with the show yet? you know i'm always up to discuss. *g*
is it really monday already? blarg. at least it's a short week.
I mentioned it in my post (about my weekend). As of last night, we have seen through season 1, episode 12, Clash of the Tritons. Lovetty love love love. Also? Love.
I only thought I was in love until episode 1.11, Silence of the Lamb, and then I fell totally and completely in love, with Veronica when.
(dialog spoiler) . . . . . . . . . . When Lamb and the Mayor came to Keith's office, and she asked them if she could get them water, coffee, and then said, "a banana" pointedly to Lamb. We laughed so hard (and cooked up some quick plans to use that line on one of dh's brothers) that we had to rewind the scene. . . . . . . . . . (dialog spoiler above for episode 1.11)
thanks for the spoiler space, Cindy, 'cause Tom and I just got the season 1 DVDs and started watching this weekend. We sat down to watch one episode... we are generally pretty slow DVD watchers... and watched the entire first disc. So awesome. And I hear it gets even better, and I'm reading TWOP recaps and I'm just so high off and in love with this show.
We were bouncing around like dorks because of it. Tiggz, I thought of you!
wheeeeeee!!! that makes me very happy. CotT is such a fabulous episode. we learn a lot of stuff in that ep.
Veronica and Lamb's banter rivals she and Logan's. so many great lines between the two of them. i can't wait until you're all caught up. have you been Tivo-ing the season two eps? or have you been watching like a naughty girl?
I have been TiVoing all of them. I watch Lost, so it's been pretty easy to be good about not watching. I TiVo the Saturday re-run of this week's episode. I suspect after we're all caught up, we may switch, and catch the weekend rerun of Lost on our TiVo, and watch (and TiVo) VM, on Wednesdays. Scott is as hooked as I am. I will confess, I am somewhat spoiled. I didn't mean to spoil, but I wanted to check out Marsinvestigations.net, and it's such a good site that I forgot I wasn't spoiling, and just kept looking around. It doesn't matter though, and can't touch the love.
Another spoiler on a S1 actor's appearance.
. . . . . . . . . . WTF did Lisa Rinna do to her lips? Was that intentional, to make her look like a Hollywood wife, or is she going around like that now that she's off the show. It was to cry. . . . . . . . . . actor appearance spoiler comment above
I think I will be posting on what I've seen of S1 to date, sometime during the week (although maybe not--depends on how busy Thanksgiving gets me). I so love this show. Thank you again, so very much.
One spoilery mention of a line in episode 1.1
