I myself can't stand Bush and yet I also am completely exhausted by the "Everything is his fault" mentality. I don't know that I think the Bush Administration is COMPETENT enough to have organized something like 9/11. I also suspect it would take more than the 9 mos planning they would've had; and if someone suggests they would plan that on the campaign trail, well, I have a hard time believing they would. Because then how would they have time to campaign?
