you know how i've devoted my undying love to youtube? well...here's my new favorite video of the day/week/month/whatever. this guy has taken something so simple and turned it into a revolution. so awesome.

it seriously made me cry the first time i watched it. it still brings a tear to my eye on later views. it was just such a simple idea. i love that it's gotten so popular and there are random "free hugs" rallies popping up around the world. kinda makes me want to start my own here.
