my oscar hopes/predictions

Best Actor
Leo deserves this one, but i'm scared by all of this Forest Whitaker talk. if Leo doesn't win, i want it to go to Will Smith.

Best Supporting Actor
Djimon Hounsou, but i'll be just as happy with Mark Wahlberg.

Best Actress
Helen Mirren probably has this one in the bag, but i'd love to see Kate Winslet win.

Best Supporting Actress
Jennifer Hudson is probably going to win, but Adriana Barraza deserves this one. she was the only good thing about Babel.

Cinematography
hmm...Children of Men.

Directing
MARTIN SCORSESE!!!

Best Picture
The Departed. i saw 3 out of the 5 nominated and it was BY FAR the best movie.
