Dear KANE fans:

We are the management for the band KANE. We recently returned from an event in London and became aware that our distributor, CDstreet, has for some reason fallen behind in the fulfillment of KANE CD orders. Until such time as we are able to determine what is causing this problem, we have suspended the fulfillment of KANE Merchandise and CD orders through CDstreet.

Using the records downloaded from the CDstreet database we were able to identify you as a customer who has attempted to order either the KANE CD or merchandise through CDstreet but did not have their order fulfilled. This should mean that while your credit may have been approved by CDstreet, your credit card was never have been billed nor was the order shipped. Just to be sure, we suggest that you contact your credit card company and instruct them to deny any charge by CDstreet that may have been made or which could be made in the future. We have no reason to believe that any improper charges were made or will be made, but in order to avoid improper charges we suggest you make this contact with your credit card company. We sincerely apologize for the necessity of this action and hope KANE can keep your trust as a fan and a consumer. If you discover that you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately and we will do everything possible to remedy the situation.

That being said, we have arranged for orders to be fulfilled directly through our offices until we either fix the problem with CDstreet or sign up with a new distributor. During this interim period, with the Holidays in mind, we will be accepting orders for ONLY the KANE CD directly through our website at www.kanemusic.com using PAYPAL. For those unfamiliar with PAYPAL, PAYPAL orders work the same as any other credit card order and offer the same security and protection level as any other reputable credit card billing company. We hope that once you have terminated your CDstreet order you will take the opportunity to reorder the KANE CD through our website using PAYPAL. If for some reason you have difficulty using PAYPAL or are unable to order using PAYPAL, please contact us directly and we will use every effort to make other arrangements. INTERNATIONAL orders will still be honored and shipping & handling fees have actually been reduced to benefit you. All shipments will be made using Priority Mail in order to get the CD to you ASAP.

Once again we apologize for any inconvenience and regret any loss of faith we may have incurred as a result of this experience. We hope to regain that trust and prove to you that KANE does in fact put our fans foremost in our hearts and minds. Please feel free to ask us any questions or send us your comments on this development.
