it started out with me just being bored. then i opened my new cingular bill and that pissed me off. isn't the whole point of a prorated charge is that it's less than what the actual charge is? hence being prorated? also, how can they charge me a prorated charge for a previous month as well as the regular charge for this month?

then there's the minutes usage discrepancy. it says i used 497 in my 450 minute plan, but in the actual call detail total it says i used 449 minutes.

now i have a bill of $127. i haven't had a bill this high since the days anthony and i were dating. what with the excessive phone calls and such.

i'm really very sorry i ever switched to them. at least with tmobile i knew what i was getting. *sigh*

then a few minutes ago i sent a bitchy email to my local UPN affiliate because every time i've watched the Veronica Mars reruns on their station the transmission has been glitch-y. it's really irritating and if i was depending solely on their transmission to get people hooked on the show, i can definitely say that people wouldn't have made it past the first episode. it's that annoying. we're talking momentary freezes every few minutes or so. very annoying. so i sent them an email basically saying what i said above. we'll see if i get a response.

tomorrow i'll call cingular. i knew if i did it tonight i'd be one of those obnoxious, belligerent people i despised when i worked for sprint. maybe tomorrow i can be a bit more calm, cool and collected.

Ahh Thanks!

Mine too! I used to watch that movie over and over again. That, and the sound of music of course.

I think I got it from the icon addicts community. There were a bunch of them, but it was a while ago, you may have to do some digging. :-)
