should i eat pasta or a cheeseburger for lunch? i'm already falling on my ass tired. neither will give me more energy, unfortunately, but it's the only things that sound even remotely appealing. so...which sounds better?

in similar news my Sonic regular, Selena, asked me where i was heading yesterday morning and i told her work. she grinned and said, "let's play hooky and go to the mall or something". i started laughing and told her it sounded like a plan to me. Sonic employees are the best.

pasta with a veg only sauce will likely give you more energy than pasta with meat sauce or a cheese burger, because it takes the body mroe energy to digest protien+starch than it does to just digest starch. For what it's worth :).
