Adult (unless it's very big. i have kind of small wrists. do they stretch?)
The key isn't your wrist size, it's the width of your hand itself (which is what keeps it on your wrist. -- if you have small hands, then go for Child. The Adult is 7.9", the Child is 7.1". Let me know which one you want. :)
