so there's much debate in the VM comm about whether candle guy(from the beginning of the ep at the memorial) and reporter guy (the one that talked to Wallace) are one and the same. obviously, they're not, but i am highly amused that washed up on the beach dead guy played Gachnar on Buffy. "who's the little fear demon?!"

that makes one Buffy and one Angel alum in this episode. well...two of each if you count CC.

who's the other Angel alum? that would be Kristin Dattilo aka Harry aka Doyle's ex-wife.

there was also Miko Hughes who will forever be Gage Creed to me. "now i want to play with you, daddy."

This latest VM episosde is conspicuously absent from all my usual pigeon's nests. :/ But I am sure I will squee when I do get to see it.

Also? I was totally pimping VM to one of my best mates this afternoon, when we went for a post-Serenity beer (I hadn't planned on seeing him, I just watlked into the cinema and he was whisper-yelling at me! Great surprise!) Apparently its on at some stupid time over here like 5pm, but the offer of episode lending-ness has been made!

Okay. The new season is shaping up quite nicely. But I was spoiled, watching the entire first season over the course of like 2 weeks ... the week-to-week cliffhangers kill me! :-)

i really don't think logan had anything to do with the bus. it's too convenient and it's screaming red herring to me.

i got my sister into the show over the summer and we watched every episode in two days. it was insane!

I thought they could have been the same person at first, but I saw screencaps later on that made me see that they weren't. I never even thought bus driver when the guy washed up, my first thought was the reporter, until I saw the pics. Thanks. :) Ooh and nice post to the community earlier. ;)

it wasn't until people started suggesting it was the reporter that i considered it wasn't the bus driver. you know what they say about assuming. ;)

it was neither. the washed up guy was from the beginning of the ep. you know, when veronica was visiting the site of the crash and she helped that guy light the candle. it was him.

no idea what his involvement is or why he had veronica's name written in his hand though.

miko is credited as "stoner guy #2". he's one of the hacky sack guys that wallace was talking to. the one with all the lines. i only recognized him because he was in Roswell a few years ago.
