New Moon!!! man, that was a heartbreaking read! i seriously adore Bella. i can't decide if her becoming a vampire is a good or a bad thing though. star-crossed lovers is such a cliche, but this works on many levels.

i'm also heartbroken for Jacob though. he thought he had someone he could relate to. someone he could share everything with and that was all thrown out the window when Alice and subsequently Edward returned. poor Jacob.

(please don't let Eclipse make me hate Jacob like i've seen so many of you exclaiming. pleasepleaseplease!!!)

for anyone keeping up, yes, that is two books in as many days. i'm inhaling these suckers and i can't stop myself. even though i know it's going to be torturous to have to wait for the new book. seriously, so much love. Bella, Edward, Jacob, Alice...there isn't a single character i dislike because i understand everyone's motivations. it's kind of odd.

I honestly adore Jacob. And yes, a lot of people dislike him after Eclipse, but I'm not one of them. I know several people who still love him after the third book.

I used to be indifferent to Jacob Black...but after Eclipse well my feelings towards him aren't very favourable. I've grown to hate him.

I love the whole star crossed lovers thing of Edward/Bella..it breaks my heart even though it is a total cliché.

I haven't reviewed Eclipse...I wasn't a fan. I dunno Jacob is just so whiny and immature....probably beyond immature...he kinda reminds me of when one of your friends kid brothers have a crush on you.

I hated having to read constantly about his 'pain' what pain?? All I ever saw or read between the lines was jealousy because Bella loved Edward so much.

I just absolutely hate the character..he is this series Duncan Kane IMHO! Whiny, Bitchy, Immature and did I mention brat?

as you can see from my latest post, i do have Eclipse. i think i would have died if i'd had to wait to read it after New Moon for any length of time.

Glad you're loving the books. NM definitely made me fall a little in love with Jacob Black, and my heart totally broke for him in the end. I'll admit, he tries my patience in Eclipse, but I still love him (despite what others say). I can't help it. I'm totally torn, though I know Bella/Edward is totally endgame.
