I still have a free account, and it's just as bad here. I got an e-mail on Tuesday about a comment I posted almost three weeks ago. Maybe they're like the post office - they claim to get really busy on the holidays as an excuse to sit around and drink rum-spiked egg nog and not actually send out the updates?
Still, since you have a paid account, you should have better service! I would send an angry e-mail to them, or possibly a rabid Doberman. The Doberman might get the point across more quickly. Or, it could just be the pain meds talking!
