i have seen The Christmas Invasion and it is good. i'm no longer worried about loving David Tennant as the Doctor. he was fantastic. i miss Christopher Eccleston, but i don't think i'll mourn him for long.
UKers, is Torchwood premiering in the spring too? i don't wanna wait until the spring for more Doctor/Captain Jack goodness. want. now!!! (and by spring what date are they tossing about?)
hmmm...guess i need to rotate some tennant icons in.

Date: 2005-12-26 08:00 am (UTC)If it doesn't start filming till January, how did they have a teaser? Did they just film random scenes? Bastards!

Date: 2005-12-26 08:34 am (UTC)They're filming Doctor Who now but Torchwood hasn't started yet. The teaser must have been from already recorded eps of Doctor Who.

Date: 2005-12-26 06:05 pm (UTC)As far as airing dates go, off the top of my head, they're talking April for the second series of Doctor Who - though a late March start wouldn't surprise me (thats what they did with the first Series).
I think they start actual work on Torchwood sometime in the new year, and my best guess for it's airing would be sepetmber-ish... in any case, highly unlikley it will air until after the second run of Who has ended.

Date: 2005-12-29 09:08 am (UTC)I'll keep an eye out and let you know if I see any Torchwood filming going on over the next few months, and I'll get pics if possible too. BTW, I don't know if you remember but back in the summer I posted a rather bad picture of a Dr Who set being constructed near where I work? Well, if you do, that set was the Christmas stalls where Rose and Mickey were first attacked by the Santas.
Oh, and thanks for the e-card! It was really nice.
